Denise M. has over 13 years of work experience in the IT field. Denise began their career in 2007 at PNC as a Help Desk Analyst and Business System Analyst I, where they provided excellent customer service and managed user accounts. In 2013, they joined DataBank IMX as a Support Engineer, and was later promoted to Senior Support Engineer, Associate Support Team Lead, and Support Team Lead. Most recently, Denise joined ImageSoft, Inc. in 2020 as a System Upgrade Specialist.
