Steve Lucido began their career in 2001 as a Client Technology Analyst at Health Alliance Plan, where they were responsible for troubleshooting and supporting application issues in the Desktop PC environment, as well as troubleshooting and supporting issues for laptop and mobile device users, and deploying software to the desktop environment. In 2016, they joined ImageSoft, Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer.

Steve Lucido obtained their High School degree from Adlai E. Stevenson Sterling Heights in 1991, having taken Advanced Placement courses in Political Science and Steve'story. Steve then went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Steve'story from Ashford University in 2014. In 2017, they obtained their OnBase Certified Support Engineer certification from Hyland. In 2018, they obtained their OnBase Certified Installer certification from Hyland, and also holds an ITIL Foundations certification.
