Dan Scribner

Dan Scribner has extensive work experience in the field of software quality engineering. Dan started their career at Abbott Laboratories as an Instrument Engineer in 1988 and later became a System Reliability Manager. Dan then worked at Revision Labs as a Project Manager before joining Digimarc as a Sr. QA Engineer. At Digimarc, they were involved in manual and automated test development and testing in multiple languages and platforms.

Dan then worked at Inovise Medical, Inc. as a SW QA Engineer for a brief period before becoming a Consultant and Owner at QA Advisor. Dan joined Kronos as an SQA Engineer, where they were responsible for testing multiple Saas products, front and back end test automation development, and performance testing and lab development.

Dan Scribner continued their career at EthicsPoint as a Sr. SQA Engineer, Cambia Health Solutions as a Software Quality Engineer, and ImageWare Systems, Inc. as a Sr. Software Quality Engineer. Currently, they are semi-retired, starting in 2021.

Dan Scribner obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Colorado State University, where they studied from 1975 to 1979. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) from the same institution, completing their studies from 1981 to 1983. Dan'sfield of study for their undergraduate degree was Electrical Engineering, while their graduate studies focused on Mechanical Engineering.
