Eva dos Santos

Eva dos Santos has over 15 years of work experience, starting in 2005 as a Senior Operations & Resource Management Officer at CGI. In this role, they were responsible for managing employee allocation, recruitment, project management, and global human resources policies. Eva also handled skills management and training needs assessment.

Since 2014, Eva has been with Imaginary Cloud, where they serve as the Chief Operating Officer. Their responsibilities include corporate strategy, leadership and coaching, talent recruitment and selection, employee onboarding and engagement, performance appraisal, career management, and compensation and benefits. Eva also handles control and administration tasks such as payroll overseeing, legal compliance, and KPI analysis.

Eva dos Santos has a diverse educational background in both psychology and human resources management. Eva earned their college degree in Psychology from the Instituto Superior de Psicologia Aplicada (ISPA) from 1997 to 2003. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Psychology from the same institution, completing it in 2010. In 2012, Eva attended the Instituto para o Desenvolvimento da Gestão Empresarial (INDEG - ISCTE) and obtained an Executive Master's degree in Human Resources Management in 2013.

Additionally, Eva has obtained several certifications to enhance their skillset. Eva acquired the Foundation Certification in IT Service Management: V2 from ITIL in 2006 and further completed the Foundation Certification in IT Service Management: V3 Bridging Course from ITIL in 2010. Moreover, they attained the Hyperion Developer certification from Hyperion in the same year, showcasing their competency in various fields.
