Mark Chappell has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies. Mark started their career in 1994 as an Audit Supervisor at Kingston Smith, where they worked until 1998. Chappell then joined Ernst & Young as an Audit Supervisor and stayed with them until 1999. Mark then moved on to The Television Corporation PLC, where they served as the Group FC from 1999 to 2002.

In 2002, Chappell joined OMD UK as a Financial Controller and held that position until 2008. During their time at OMD UK, they also took on the role of Director of Finance from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, Chappell was promoted to Finance Director, and in 2011, they became a Managing Partner - Commercial. Mark held this leadership position until 2014 when they joined Imagination.

At Imagination, Chappell started as the CFO - EMEA in December 2014 and later became the Global Chief Financial Officer in September 2021 (ongoing). Mark'sprimary responsibilities include overseeing all commercial and financial areas, as well as the IT and Facilities departments.
