Wa'Ed Ibrahim

Wa'ed Ibrahim has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Wa'ed began their career as a Multimedia Designer at Leo Burnett in 2013, followed by a brief stint as an Animator at Kharabeesh. In 2014, they joined Dubai Women's Establishment as a Marketing Executive, where they led strategic and creative projects for the establishment and its subsidiaries. In 2016, Wa'ed became a Design Manager at Mitsubishi Electric before transitioning to Emirates Health Services in 2019. At Emirates Health Services, they played a pivotal role as an Entrepreneurship and Innovation Specialist, contributing to the establishment's innovation section and delivering workshops on innovation and design thinking. Most recently, Wa'ed joined Imagination as a Project Manager in 2022.

Wa'ed Ibrahim attended Aalto University from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in International Design Business Management with a focus on Creative Sustainability. Prior to that, they studied at the American University of Sharjah from 2010 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Multimedia Design. In addition to their academic qualifications, Wa'ed Ibrahim also obtained a certification in Data Ethics, AI, and Responsible Innovation from The University of Edinburgh in June 2021.
