Ed Crothall is currently the Director of Legal at Imagination Technologies, a position they have held since 2023. They previously served as Managing Counsel at ARM from 2014 to 2022 and as a Consultant in technology transactions for LSEG from 2022 to 2023. Ed started their legal career as a Solicitor at Pinsent Masons (2005-2010) and later worked as Solicitor for AEGON UK (2010-2011) and as Legal Counsel for CGIAR Consortium (2012-2014). Ed holds a distinction in Ecology, Statistics, and International Law from the University of York, as well as a Legal Practice Course and Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from Nottingham Law School.
