Nick Merry

Nick’s focus at Imagination is to shape the organisation to deliver people and talent solutions and embed a culture of high-performance and development, ensuring the attraction, development and retention of a talented, engaged and diverse workforce.

Nick also supports and advises Imagination to evolve its culture and ways of working and provides leadership in organisation design.

Nick has extensive experience leading the people and talent functions of complex organisations including Amec Plc and Halliburton’s Graphics Division. In addition to general management and business development experience successfully growing the EMEA, Asia and India operations of Varian Inc and Agilent Technologies.

Nick has wide-ranging international experience having lived in the Middle East, Asia and Europe and credits this for the passion for Diversity, Inclusion and Equality he brings to Imagination.
