Steve Dudley

Steve Dudley has extensive work experience in finance and corporate development. Steve started their career as a Trainee Auditor at KPMG Audit in 1993. Steve then worked in various roles at ERM, including Business Accountant, Financial Controller, and Systems Implementation Consultant. In 2006, they joined AGI Media as a Commercial Manager and later became the Group Commercial Manager. From 2010 to 2017, Steve worked at Expedia Affiliate Network, serving in roles such as Senior Director of Finance and Acting Chief Financial Officer. Steve then moved on to Egencia (Expedia Group) as a Senior Director of Finance and Sales Operations. Steve joined NestEgg.rent as Director of Finance and Corporate Development in 2020. More recently, they held positions at Babylon as Senior Director of FP&A and VP of Finance, and currently serves as the VP of Corporate Finance at Imagination Technologies.

Steve Dudley has a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration and Management from De Montfort University, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Steve also has a qualification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in Accounting and Business/Management.
