Timothy Gale

Timothy Gale is a Senior Research Engineer at Imagination Technologies, where they work on neural network accelerators within the PowerVR Vision & AI team. Previously, Timothy was a Research Engineer at the same company in 2018 and worked as a Property Renovator from 2014 to 2016, acquiring practical skills through full-time refurbishment of a run-down property. Timothy began their career as a Technology Scholar at Cambridge Consultants from 2004 to 2008, engaging in various engineering tasks including antenna construction and programming. Timothy earned both a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Vision and a Master of Engineering (MEng) with Distinction from the University of Cambridge, where they studied from 2005 to 2016.
