Nathan King

Nathan King has extensive experience in the IT industry. Nathan began their career at Elert & Associates in 2011 as an IT Technician, where they managed the IT Services Division and provided desktop support, network support, and documentation for clients. In 2015, they joined Presidio as a Technical Specialist, where they served as the first point of contact for clients and resolved issues in a positive and constructive manner. Nathan recently joined Imagine IT, Inc. in 2021 as an Escalation Engineer.

Nathan King obtained an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S) degree in Networking and Security from Inver Hills Community College, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including ITIL V3 Foundations from ITIL Certified in March 2017, Certified Switchvox Engineer (dCSE) v2 from Digium in December 2016, and Intronis Certified Partner Technician 1 & 2 from Intronis MSP Solutions by Barracuda in October 2016. Nathan also holds the Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate certification, which they earned from Microsoft in November 2021. Nathan has expressed additional certification intentions, including the completion of CCNA from Cisco, MCTS Windows 7 from Microsoft, MTA Windows OS from Microsoft, and Network+ from CompTIA, although the information regarding the completion dates for these certifications is not provided.
