Heather Halverson is currently serving as a Print Experience Specialist at Imagine Learning since November 2023. Previously, Heather worked extensively in the collections field with YRC and Yellow from September 1996 to July 2023, where responsibilities included expediting receivables for freight services across the United States and Canada. From April 2015 to April 2019, Heather demonstrated leadership as the Chairperson for the Minnehaha County Democratic Party, overseeing meeting management and delegating tasks based on members' strengths. Heather's earlier experience includes customer service at Carlson Craft and direct support care at REM Minnesota, focusing on individuals with developmental disabilities. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Minnesota State University Moorhead and has studied at Concordia College.
