Dr. Kimberly Gray is an accomplished education professional with over 30 years of experience, currently serving as a Senior Professional Development Specialist and Education Success Manager at Imagine Learning since April 2021, while also running Gray Education Services as an Educational Consultant. Dr. Gray’s extensive background includes roles as an Adjunct Faculty member at The George Washington University, a University Supervisor for a Teacher in Residence program at Old Dominion University, and significant leadership positions within Norfolk Public Schools, culminating as School Leadership Development Executive Director. Notable achievements include the development of programs to enhance leadership pipelines, as well as recognition for excellence in school leadership as a principal overseeing large elementary schools.
