Leah Terry

Leah Terry, MA, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HRBP Manager at Imagine Learning, where responsibilities include coaching and leading the HRBP team while developing the HR agenda in collaboration with business unit leadership. Prior to this role, Leah held the position of Manager of Human Resources at MODE Transportation, where the Human Resources department was established post-divestiture, alongside implementing key HR processes for a workforce spread across multiple states. Leah also has extensive experience as an HR Manager at Reasoning Mind, and various HR roles at US-Analytics, and Celebrity Staff, focusing on employee support, process improvement, compliance, and talent acquisition. Leah holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and Learning from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Baylor University.
