Tim Klustner, MPP, currently serves as an Instructional Design Consultant at Imagine Learning, where contributions include the creation and editing of over 100 eLearning courses for the Florida Department of Education, achieving a significant reduction in unit design time. As a Policy Contributor for the Public Policy in Africa Initiative, Tim developed peacebuilding curricula for African peacebuilders and published bi-monthly policy reports on various topics, including violent conflict and cybersecurity. Previous roles include Research Fellow at Cambridge Global Advisors, where Tim synthesized data on cybersecurity trends, and Policy Researcher at HCM Strategists, focusing on school choice legislation. Additional experience includes an internship at the Chicago Literacy Alliance, case management during the COVID-19 pandemic, teaching high school English, and participating as a policy fellow with the Urban Leaders Fellowship. Tim holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago and a bachelor's degree from St. Olaf College.
