Lance Pace

Lance Pace currently serves as the Regional Director of Schools for the Mid-Atlantic Region at Imagine Schools since May 2019, providing leadership and support to schools and school leaders in Maryland. Previously, Lance held the position of School Principal at Prince George's County Public Schools from July 2014 to May 2019, and at Loudoun County Public Schools from July 2013 to July 2014. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Principal and Summer School Principal at the District of Columbia Public Schools from July 2008 to July 2013, and as a Teacher at Prince George's County Public Schools and Baltimore City Public Schools. Lance holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Miami University, a Master of Science in Education Administration and Supervision from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from The George Washington University.
