Wayne Blackwell

Wayne Blackwell, CSFS, currently serves as a Client Relationship Manager at Imagine360 since March 2018, where the focus is on improving health insurance by empowering members and employers to effectively manage healthcare complexities while ensuring cost savings. Prior to this role, Wayne held multiple positions at the City of Sherman, TX, including Human Resources Director and HR Business Partner from February 2000 to January 2018, demonstrating a strong track record in leading Human Resource Management operations. Wayne also served in the United States Navy as a First Class Petty Officer from August 1993 to November 1999. Wayne's education includes studies at Bellevue University from 1997 to 1999.
