John Souza

John Souza is an experienced sales leader in the design technology sector with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Director of West Coast Sales at IMAGINiT Technologies, John has been instrumental in leading national sales efforts since April 2018. Prior to this role, John spent over 14 years at Ideate, Inc. as the Director of AEC Sales, where responsibilities included guiding a national sales team in delivering Autodesk and BIM software solutions while ensuring customer success. John’s background includes significant positions at Autodesk, where as Strategic Account Manager, John focused on developing major accounts and nurturing relationships with software resellers. Earlier experience includes roles at Advanced Enterprise Solutions and TrendTec, where John specialized in account management and sales team leadership. John earned a degree in Industrial Technology from San José State University.
