Shishir Kumar

Shishir Kumar is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in education and military leadership. Currently serving as Director General at ImaginXP since April 2017, Shishir oversees training programs for freshers and professionals, facilitating a six-month certification course that ensures guaranteed placements for participants. Prior to this role, Shishir held key academic leadership positions at DIT University from January 2006 to 2017, including Director of Academic Administration and Professor (Colonel) Dean of Academics. Shishir's military career spanned from 1976 to 2005 as a Colonel in the Corps of EME of the Indian Army. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, an MBA in Marketing from Delhi University, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur, and an Intermediate ISC in Science from St. Xavier's College Ranchi.
