Karin Aviv

Karin Aviv has worked in the HR field for over 25 years. In 1993, they began their career as a Marketing Researcher for OmniPro Buisness & Marketing Consulting. Karin then moved to SanDisk in 1996, where they held two positions: HR Manager and Office Manager & Executive Assistant to the General Manager. In 2013, they started their own business, Karin Aviv - HR & Organizational Consulting, providing end-to-end recruitment services for start-ups, Hi-Tech & Industrial companies, as well as organizational consulting to managers. In 2015, they became a Partner, Start-Up Talent Growth Lead at JobFit LTD., where they combined experts and technology to provide end-to-end hiring solutions. In 2016, they took on the role of Hiring Manager at Afimilk Ltd., where they were in charge of the entire end-to-end hiring process. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Human Resources Director at Imagry, where they are leading the HR strategy and growth, focusing on bringing the right talent and making sure they enjoy the ride.

Karin Aviv completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Strategic Management of Human Resources from the University of Haifa in 2014. In 2012, they obtained a Mediator certification from Gevim. Karin also earned a BA in English & Human Services from the University of Haifa in 1998.
