David Steigerwalt has a strong background in the healthcare industry, with a focus on diagnostic imaging. David started their career as Chief Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Lehgh Valley Hospital Center - Muhlenberg in 1998. David then served as Chief Nuc Med Technologist at Radiology and MRI of Bethlehem from 1999 to 2001. From 2001 to 2008, they worked at Integral PET Associates, LLC, where they were the Director of Clinical Operations and QA.
In 2008, David joined National Digital Medical Archive, Inc. as a Nuc Med-PET-CT Analyst before moving to Integral PET Associates, LLC again in 2010, where they served as PET/CT Lead.
In 2011, David changed their career path and joined Imalogix as an Advisor in Diagnostic Imaging. David held this position until 2020, at which point they were promoted to Vice President of Research. In this role, they lead research and development efforts, making critical decisions, improving research strategies, and streamlining processes.
In 2018, David briefly worked at ECRI Institute as part of the Health Devices - Imaging team, where they contributed to applied scientific research to improve patient care.
David Steigerwalt has pursued education in the field of science and pre-med at Penn State University. David also studied nuclear medicine and health physics at Cedar Crest College. In June 1993, they obtained certification as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board.
