Akshatha Bangera

Akshatha Bangera began their work experience in June 2018 at Seventh Sense Talent Solutions, where they worked as an HR (L&D) professional until August 2019. At Seventh Sense, they focused on simplifying learning and providing talent solutions to corporates.

In September 2019, Akshatha joined iManage as a Human Resource Associate. Akshatha played a crucial role in combining artificial intelligence with content and email management to ensure the secure and efficient handling of information. Akshatha'swork at iManage involved supporting over 3,000 companies and 1 million users worldwide.

In January 2021, Akshatha was promoted to the position of Human Resource Senior Associate at iManage, where they continued to contribute to the company's success until December 2021.

Most recently, in January 2022, Akshatha took on the role of Human Resource Specialist at iManage, where they are currently employed.

Akshatha Bangera completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from P A College of Engineering, Mangalore, from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade in Computer Science from Sharada P.U. College in India, from 2012 to 2014. Akshatha'shigh school education was completed at Canara Girls High School, Mangalore, during the period from 2007 to 2012. Alongside their formal education, Akshatha has also obtained several certifications, including a variety of LinkedIn courses on topics such as strengths-based leadership, inclusive mindset, HR communication, and design thinking. Additionally, they completed a program on Financial Acumen for Business Leaders from the S P Jain School of Global Management.
