Alexander Cooper

Alexander Cooper has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering. Alexander currently holds the role of Software Engineer at iManage, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ACT from 2019 to 2022, where they held the position of Software Engineer II as well as a Software Engineer intern.

During their time at ACT, Alexander was responsible for creating an in-house spring-boot application that utilized Amazon's AWS, APIs, python scripts, and databases. This application generated customized reports for millions of students and thousands of schools, resulting in significant cost savings. Alexander also developed front-end systems using React and automated data file creation through AWS Lambda functions.

Before ACT, Alexander gained experience as a Pharmacy IT staff member at the University of Iowa in 2019. Here, they provided technical support to Pharmacy Faculty and Students, installed computers and equipment, and diagnosed issues with personal and departmental devices. Alexander also held the role of Information Technology Analyst at the university from 2018 to 2019, where they provided technical support to the UI community and ensured efficient tracking of customer requests and problems.
