Ashley Sofley started their work experience as an IT Apprentice at Allen & Overy in November 2014 and continued in that role until October 2016. From November 2016 to April 2021, they worked as an IT Service Desk Analyst at the same company. In April 2021, they joined IQ-EQ as an L2 Service Desk Engineer and stayed there until November 2022. Currently, Ashley works at iManage as a Technical Support Engineer, starting in November 2022.
Ashley Sofley attended Belfast Metropolitan College from 2014 to 2016, where they studied Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended Glengormley High School from 2006 to 2013. In addition to their education, Ashley obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft, including Database Fundamentals MTA and Windows Server Administration Fundamentals MTA in June 2016, as well as Network Fundamentals MTA and Security Fundamentals MTA in June 2015.
