Debbie Flax

Debbie Flax, PMP, serves as the Senior OKR Manager at iManage since July 2018, where responsibilities include facilitating the translation of strategic objectives into measurable OKRs, driving OKR adoption through change management, and maintaining OKR tools and systems. Previously, Debbie held various leadership roles at iManage, focusing on customer success and revenue retention for the Americas region. With experience in project management at AppointmentPlus, including serving as a Scrum Master and leading critical IT projects, Debbie also managed customer success initiatives at Workiva and has a strong background in operational excellence from previous positions at RR Donnelley and Hamilton Sundstrand. Debbie holds a Master of International Business and Law from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rockford University.
