Domenic Marchese

Domenic Marchese has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as a Specialist - Frontend Engineer at iManage since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Rogers Communications from July 2018 to May 2021, initially as a Digital Front End Developer and later as a Senior Developer. In this role, they made daily enhancements to the user experience on the Rogers.com and Fido.ca websites.

Before joining Rogers Communications, Domenic had an internship as a Software Engineer at Elavon, Inc. in 2017. Domenic was the first intern in the Toronto division and contributed to a new project as a front end and back end developer. Domenic'sachievements included securing additional funding for the project within a month of starting the internship. Domenic utilized AngularJS, HTML, and CSS for front end development.

Prior to their internship, Domenic worked as a Web Developer and IT Support at Pollard & Associates Inc from April 2015 to April 2017. Domenic also gained experience working as a Team Lead Lifeguard at Canada's Wonderland in 2014, and as a Lifeguard at the same company in 2013.

Domenic Marchese attended St. Michael's College School from 2008 to 2014, where they obtained their OSSD (Ontario Secondary School Diploma) with an unspecified field of study. Domenic then went on to attend Ryerson University from 2014 to 2018, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Computer Engineering. Additionally, Domenic has obtained several certifications, including "Learning React Native" from LinkedIn in June 2020, "React (Basic)" from HackerRank in May 2020, "Learning Kubernetes" from LinkedIn in February 2020, "Project Management Foundations: Small Projects" from LinkedIn in January 2020, and "Ethical Hacking with JavaScript" from LinkedIn in August 2019.
