Jacqueline Toepfer

Jacqueline Toepfer has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jacqueline started their career at Wisconsin Public Service as an Information Center Specialist, where they serviced and supported microcomputers, provided training on applications, and developed database applications. Jacqueline then worked as a Systems Analyst at the University of Illinois MIS before joining TechLaw LLP as an Applications Consultant. At SRA International, they served as a Technology Consultant.

In 2000, Jacqueline joined Hewlett-Packard (formerly Autonomy) and held various roles including Development Manager, Director of Technical Support, and Director of WorkSite Development. In these positions, they managed teams and resolved development-related issues, improved customer and employee satisfaction, and delivered software solutions.

Jacqueline then joined SpringCM as a Senior Director, where they oversaw pre-sales technical support, managed sales engineering resources, and enhanced customer satisfaction through technical account management.

Currently, Jacqueline is working at iManage. Jacqueline initially held the position of Sr. Product Manager - Cloud Services, where they set the product direction and strategy for iManage Cloud Services, collaborated with various teams, and influenced profitability. Currently, as the Senior Director of Data and Integration Engineering, they manage a team of data and software engineers, develops solutions for operational insight and business decision making, and oversees the iManage Cloud Trust Center and Enterprise Data Lake projects.

Jacqueline Toepfer obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Marquette University between 1980 and 1984. Jacqueline then pursued further education and attained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1986 to 1991.
