Jake Clark has worked at four different companies with varying roles and responsibilities. Jake began their work experience in 2012 at Kroger as a Front End Supervisor, a position they held until 2017. In 2017, they joined iManage as a Support Engineer Intern for a brief period before moving on to Fike and Fike Inc as a Software Developer. After a year with Fike and Fike Inc, Jake returned to iManage in 2018 as a Support Engineer.

Jake Clark began their education in 2014 at Illinois Central College, where they pursued an Associate's Degree in Business Information Systems. Jake successfully completed this program in 2016. Following this, they enrolled at Illinois State University in the same year and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Systems. After spending two years at Illinois State University, Jake Clark completed their education in 2018.
