James Bennett

Senior Support Manager

James Bennett has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. James started their career at Microstrategy in 1999 as a Support Engineer and worked there until 2004. James then joined Mishcon de Reya as a Technical Support Analyst from 2004 to 2006. Following that, they worked at Autonomy iManage as a Technical Services Engineer from 2006 to 2011, where they dealt with technical issues for customers and provided mentorship to new engineers. After that, they joined HP UK as a Senior Engineer in Technical Support from 2011 to 2013, and later became a Team Lead for HP Software Support from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they are working at iManage as a Support Manager since 2020, after serving as a Team Lead for Technical Support from 2015 to 2020.

James Bennett attended The University of Glamorgan from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Business Information Management. Additionally, in 1997 to 1998, they studied at Växjö University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies.
