Justin Yarrington's work experience begins in 2015 as a DoIT Technical Support representative at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they provided customer support and wrote documentation. In 2016, they served as a Technical and Software Development Consultant for YAHARA MATERIALS INC, focusing on back-end development and scripting in Perl. Justin also worked as a Software Development Consultant for NovoMoto, assisting with front-end and back-end development for an Android application. In 2017, Justin joined iManage, starting as a First Response Technical Support and Cloud Engineer. Justin then progressed to roles as a First Response Team Lead, Customer Care Senior Support Engineer, and Team Lead for iManage Senior Support Engineer, where they provided advanced support for on-premise and cloud-hosted implementations of iManage's product suite and reported software defects.
