Krishna Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning across different roles and industries. Krishna started their career as an Engineering Trainee at Blue Star Limited, where they were responsible for implementing ducting and equipment installation.

From there, they moved on to Prerena Motors as a Service Marketing Officer, where they sold insurances and value-added services and advised customers on vehicle know-how.

Krishna then joined Gnostice Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Sales Manager, where they interacted with clients and provided appropriate product and pricing propositions.

After that, they worked at Innoventes Technologies India Private Limited as a Manager of Customer Programs, where they evaluated CRM tools, collaboration tools, and email marketing tools for internal and customer interaction.

Following this, they joined ARKARISE Global as a Manager of Marketing, Alliances & Business Development, where they developed social media strategies for the company.

Krishna's next role was at Audio Universe as a Product, Marketing & Business Alliances Manager, where they built the entire business from the ground up and managed brand partnerships.

Before their current role, they worked at JGI Ventures India Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Research Analyst & Tech Evangelist, where they evaluated, customized, and deployed Oracle Right Now service cloud module for admissions at Jain University.

Currently, Krishna is working as a Senior Technical Writer at iManage.

Krishna Kumar completed their Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from PES University, which took place from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they attended St. Claret High School and obtained their SSLC degree. Additionally, Krishna has acquired several certifications, including an Inclusive Mindset certification from LinkedIn in May 2022, Learning Markdown certification from LinkedIn in May 2022, Git and GitHub for Writers certification from Udemy in February 2022, Information Mapping Foundation + Mastering Successful Policies and Procedures certification from Information Mapping in March 2021, Technical Writing: Quick Start Guides certification from LinkedIn in May 2020, and Twin certified Technical Writer certification from Technical Writers of India in May 2016.
