Lindsey Bainter has had extensive work experience in the field of support operations and customer support. From 2007 to 2022, they worked at iManage, starting as a Technical Solutions Consultant IV and eventually progressing to the role of Senior Manager of Support Operations and Process Innovations. In this role, they were responsible for managing support operations and leading process innovations. Prior to their time at iManage, Lindsey worked at Heritage Financial Group as a Jr. Systems Administrator from 2005 to 2007.
