Mary Dell

Mary Dell has a strong background in IT and security compliance. Mary started working in the field in 1993 as a Technical Writer at Sears Holdings Corporation, where they wrote and marked up internal audit procedure documents. Mary also has experience as a Technical Writer at Ameritech and as a Technical Support Specialist at Swiss Bank Corporation and Information Resources (IRI).

In 1998, Mary joined Arthur Andersen as an HTML Developer before moving to Mesirow Financial that same year. At Mesirow Financial, they held multiple roles, including Server Administrator, Manager of Data Services Administration, and Senior IT Governance Specialist. In these roles, Mary performed server administration tasks on various systems, managed a team of server administrators, and led incident response efforts.

Mary joined iManage in 2017 as a Senior Security Compliance Analyst, where they continue to work.

Mary Dell's education history includes a High School Diploma from St. Joseph High School, which they obtained from 1982 to 1986. Mary then enrolled at Indiana University Bloomington, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in English Literature with a minor in Anthropology from 1986 to 1990. Mary Dell continued their studies at Indiana University Bloomington, pursuing graduate coursework from 1990 to 1993 in the field of English Literature and Creative Writing. Additionally, Mary Dell has obtained several certifications, including CISA from ISACA, ITIL Expert Qualification: Service Transition Certificate from APMG-International, and ITIL Foundation v3 from APMG-International.
