Megan Ferrell

Megan Ferrell is a highly experienced Learning Experience Designer with a strong background in instructional design, training program development, and performance management. Currently serving as Principal Learning Experience Designer at iManage, Megan has led initiatives to redesign performance management ecosystems and competency frameworks, utilizing multimedia resources and design thinking workshops to foster individual growth. Previously, Megan held various roles, including Senior Learning Experience Designer at iManage and Learning Architect at UScellular, where accomplishments included designing manager enablement programs and implementing innovative learning strategies like gamification and educational podcasts.
