Napoleon Gulley has a diverse work experience in the field of system administration and engineering. Napoleon started their career in 1999 at Endeavor Information Systems, where they worked as a Product Release Engineer and Sr. Technical Analyst. Their responsibilities included server administration, Oracle database management, and script creation for automated software deployment.

In 2006, Napoleon joined Cingular Wireless/AT&T as a Unix System Administrator, where they provided support for national cell phone service app clusters. Napoleon also managed vendor relations and performed capacity planning tasks in a high-growth environment.
