Neil Winchester has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Neil started their career as a Technical Support Analyst at Sagem Matsu/Ingenico, where they later became the HSBC Technical Helpdesk Team Leader. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the helpdesk, supervising a team, and providing technical support to customers. Neil also played a key role in a project involving the upgrade of payment terminals.

Neil Winchester attended Tanbridge House School in Horsham from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained their GCSEs in English Language, English Literature, Maths, Geography, Science, Travel & Tourism, and Media Studies. After that, from 1996 to 1997, they attended Collyers 6th Form College and received a GNVQ in Leisure & Tourism.
