Nilofar Mulla

Nilofar Mulla has a solid work experience starting in 2006 as a System Analyst at Sonata Software. Nilofar then moved on to become a Senior System Analyst at the same company in 2010, where they worked extensively on Oracle 9i and 10g. Nilofar'sresponsibilities included preparing estimates, technical approach documents, unit test plans, release checklists, and user support documents. Nilofar also developed PL/SQL code units such as procedures, functions, and packages.

In 2015, Nilofar joined iManage as a Technical Writer and worked their way up to Senior Technical Writer in 2021. Nilofar'srole at iManage involved writing and editing technical documents, including SDK, API documentation, user guides, and online help. Nilofar conducted research and produced high-quality REST API reference guides and developer guides, paying close attention to detail. Nilofar Mulla completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. Nilofar attended the university from 2002 to 2006.
