Ramesh Damodaran has extensive work experience in technical support and management roles. Ramesh began their career in 1997 as a Trainer/Network Administrator at Logic Software Solutions India Pvt Ltd, where they conducted training sessions and managed IT assets. Ramesh then worked for Aptech as a Regional Technical Support Executive, conducting training sessions for corporate customers and contributing to the technical review committee.

In 2001, Damodaran joined CETUS Information Technology and Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Technical Support Executive, assisting customers with operational issues and coordinating deployments.
