Scott Butwina has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Scott started their career as a Shift Supervisor at Panera Bread in 2004 and then transitioned to a Customer Service Specialist at Office Depot in 2008. Concurrently, they also worked as a Student Center Crew member at DePaul University from 2008 to 2010.

In 2010, Scott joined HP Autonomy as a Technical Support Engineer, where they provided L1 enterprise technical support for customers and reported software issues to the engineering team. Scott was later promoted to the role of Senior Technical Support Engineer, where they handled escalated support cases and worked closely with the development team on testing, validation, and release planning.

Scott joined HP Software in 2013 as the Team Lead of the WorkSite Server Support Team, providing L3 support for various products. Scott continued to collaborate with the software development team and assisted in prioritizing customer-reported issues and release planning.

In 2015, Scott transitioned to iManage as a Staff Support Engineer, serving as the Team Lead for the WorkSite Server Expert Team. Scott provided L3 support for a wide range of products, collaborated closely with the development team, and assisted other engineers in resolving customer issues. Scott gradually progressed within the organization and held various positions, including Senior Support Manager and, currently, Director of Product Support.

Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated technical expertise, strong customer focus, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Scott Butwina earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from DePaul University, where they attended from 2006 to 2010. In addition, they obtained the TSIA Certification from TSIA in February 2012 and the iManage Certified Systems Engineer (ICSE) certification in July 2010.
