Shruti Bernardi

Shruti Bernardi's work experience starts in 2011 as a Career Services Intern at Northern Illinois University. In 2012, they became a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems and held that role until 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at SAP Fieldglass, where they were the primary full lifecycle recruiter for technical roles. In 2016, they joined Grubhub as a Technical Recruiter, responsible for attracting and hiring qualified talent for technical positions. In 2017, they became a Technical Recruitment Consultant at PeopleFoundry, focusing on building teams for high-growth technology companies. Currently, they are working as a Talent Acquisition Manager at iManage, leading the hiring process and innovating to solve complex professional challenges.

Shruti Bernardi completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois University from 2009 to 2011. In addition, they obtained a certification as a LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter from LinkedIn Certification in May 2016.
