Sunil Ramesh has diverse work experience in the IT and healthcare industries. Sunil started their career as a Technical Consultant at iManage in 2017 and later transitioned into a Talent Acquisition Specialist role for the same company. In this role, they were responsible for technical and non-technical hiring, employer branding, and talent strategy development. Sunil brought a high level of operational, process, and technology expertise to transform the Talent Acquisition function into a strategic business function.
