Thuso Ramosu

Thuso Ramosu is a Technical Consultant at iManage since February 2020, with extensive experience in technical support and customer service. Previously, Thuso held multiple roles at Workshare from February 2009 to November 2019, including Customer Support Escalation Manager, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention by addressing recurring issues, and Technical Lead, focused on solving complex problems and supporting product configurations. Earlier experience includes serving as a System Administrator at WhiteHall Systems from January 2008 to January 2009. Thuso holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Westminster, completed between 2009 and 2011.
