Vanessa Lima

Vanessa Lima is an accomplished Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in client relationship management and SaaS solutions. Since September 2022, Vanessa has been with iManage focusing on customer satisfaction and value maximization. Prior experience at Donnelley Financial Solutions involved provisioning Virtual Data Room Software for M&A and IPO transactions, managing over 300 active projects across North America and Latin America, and facilitating project development in Spanish and Portuguese for diverse clients. Vanessa's earlier roles included project management and sales positions with Markets Group, where effective relationship building led to significant event success, and prior experience in client operations and finance at Alltour America and Itaú Unibanco. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Estácio and has furthered education at New York University.
