In 2001, they became a Managing Partner and Business Partner - Web Developer at imavex, where they consulted with thousands of clients and offered digital ad agency services. In 2000, they were a Consultant at Whittman-Hart / marchFIRST. In 2019, they became Co-Founder/Owner of GIDEO and President/CEO of Inroads Analytics, where they helped to build the future for higher education by unlocking the power of predictive modeling. In 2022, they became a Board Member at Faith In Deeds.
