Elizabeth Chen has a diverse and extensive work experience. Elizabeth is currently a B2B Client Success Manager at imaware since April 2023.

Prior to this, Elizabeth worked at The Profs from October 2019 to January 2023 as the Head of Customer Success and People. In this role, they managed a team of nine and was responsible for sales, client success, and community engagement for two EdTech startup companies. Elizabeth worked closely with the founders and C-suite executives, analyzed data for sales targets, and resolved escalated complaints. Elizabeth also served as the Marketing Manager from November 2018 to October 2019.

Elizabeth was a Digital Marketing Consultant at The Way Up Game from December 2018 to April 2019, where they provided strategic guidance in digital marketing.

Before that, they worked at The Profs again, from November 2016 to May 2018, as the Client Liaison Manager & Social Media Manager. In this role, they were the first point of contact for inbound leads, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting conversion rate targets. Elizabeth actively engaged with high network individuals, professional academics, and institutions.

Elizabeth began their career as an Osteopath at Northern Spinal & Sports Injury Clinic from June 2015 to June 2016 and then at Back in Health Osteopathy from December 2014 to June 2016. In these roles, they diagnosed and treated musculoskeletal conditions using manual techniques, created treatment plans, and collaborated with other health professionals when required.

During their time at Melbourne High School Old Boys Football Club from March 2012 to September 2012, Elizabeth worked as a Sports Trainer. Elizabeth prepared athletes for training sessions and matches, managed sports injuries, and provided post-game treatment using various techniques such as deep tissue massage, sports taping, and rehabilitation.

Elizabeth Chen earned their VCE degree from Lauriston Girl's School between the years 2000 and 2005. Following that, they attended Deakin University from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Arts. Their studies at Deakin University focused on exercise physiology, nutrition, and Chinese. From 2010 to 2012, Elizabeth attended Victoria University and earned a Bachelor of Clinical Science in the field of osteopathic medicine. Finally, they pursued a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy) degree from Victoria University between 2013 and 2014.
