Chad W. has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as the Manager of Global Infrastructure & Operations at IMAX since February 2016, leading a team responsible for corporate server and cloud infrastructure management. Previously, Chad held various roles including Senior Systems Administrator, where expertise was applied in implementing and supporting global virtualized infrastructure, managing Microsoft 365 cloud services, and overseeing critical backup and recovery systems. Chad also worked as a Team Lead at SNC-Lavalin Global Information Technologies, leading server deployments and disaster recovery initiatives, and as an Infrastructure Analyst at Candu Energy Inc., where responsibilities included managing data center technologies and enhancing backup performance. Beginning a career in desktop support at AECL, Chad developed foundational skills in application support and network technology. Chad holds a degree from Mohawk College, completed between 1995 and 1998.
