Debra Collins

Debra Collins has extensive experience in managing equity compensation and employee benefit programs across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Equity Plans at IMAX since September 2021, Debra has previously held positions, including Human Resources Benefits Coordinator at ArchCare, where responsibilities involved managing diverse employee benefits. Debra's expertise in stock plan administration was developed further at Aspen Insurance Group and Bunge, overseeing equity incentive awards for hundreds to thousands of participants. Additionally, prior experience at American Express included directing long-term incentive awards for a large global employee base. Debra holds coursework toward a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Mount Saint Vincent.
