Stephen Oxman

Stephen Oxman has extensive work experience in the legal and business affairs field. Stephen most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Legal & Business Affairs at IMAX since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Affairs Consultant and the Head of Business Affairs at various companies, including Vimeo and Miramax. Stephen also held the position of Senior Counsel at 20th Century Fox and served as the Senior Vice President and Head of Business Affairs at The Film Sales Company. Stephen's career began as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, specializing in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. Overall, Stephen Oxman has gained diverse expertise in their field through their various roles and experiences.
