Sunshine Okano

Sunshine Okano has extensive work experience in talent development and organizational development. Sunshine has held the role of Director of Talent Development at IMAX since 2023. Prior to that, they served as Executive Director of Organizational Development at WarnerMedia from 2019 to 2022, where they successfully implemented changes and enhanced leadership transitions. From 2014 to 2019, they were the Director of Organization Development at Warner Bros. Entertainment Group, leading various divisions in transforming their work culture and improving employee performance. Earlier in their career, they worked at Blizzard Entertainment as a Manager of Organization Development and HR Generalist, and at Disney Interactive Studios as an HR Consultant. Throughout their career, Sunshine has developed various programs and initiatives to enhance team and employee effectiveness.

Sunshine Okano has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
