Ying Michael WANG is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in progressive human resource roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at IMAX since December 2012, Ying has been a vital member of the China Management Team and the Global HR Leadership Team, providing strategic HR support and acting as a liaison between corporate and local teams. Prior to IMAX, Ying held the position of Property HR Head at IHG, overseeing HR operations and talent management for hotel pre-openings, and worked as HR Manager at Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd., focusing on guest satisfaction and training initiatives. Ying holds a Certified Coach degree from The Coach Partnership and an MBA from the University of Liverpool.
